Riders Lane is Canberra's first social enterprise dedicated to motorcycle owners. Based in Mitchell, ACT, our workshop gives you access to:
- Individual workshop bays with hydraulic lift bike tables
- Professional tools and equipment — hoists, stands, and more
- Volunteer mentors with real hands-on experience
- Courses and coaching taught by industry experts
- Organised rides, events, and competitions
- Motorcycle storage for riders short on space
Membership is open to all skill levels. Whether you're doing your first oil change or rebuilding an engine from scratch, you'll always have someone ready to help.

For the hands-on rider:

Our state-of-the-art premises in Mitchell offers a warm and spacious environment with hydraulic lift bike tables in individual workshop bays including the essential tools and equipment for your convenience. Embrace the opportunity to work on your motorcycle in a premium setting designed to elevate your maintenance and customisation projects.
Membership is open and includes mentoring sessions, organised rides and events.
I’m a motorcycling enthusiast on a quest to help people become more comfortable not only with riding, but with motorbike maintenance.
When I was about four, I had spanners put in my hand, and by the time I was fourteen, I was helping my father strip down the HQ ute’s motor – and after honing the cylinders, put it back together again.
I have four motorbikes. Five grandchildren.
And I’ve gone from being a 9 to 5 public servant to founding Canberra’s first social enterprise for motorcycle owners.
